I learned the art of article writing through the military’s famous Defense Information School (DINFOS) and spent about a decade crafting press releases, writing and designing brochure copy, writing captions, articles and web copy for Air Force publications and websites. After my two tours of duty ended, I jumped headfirst into a little start-up company that needed someone who could write and edit compelling stories and learn content development for a the classic and still one of the best massively online roleplaying video games: Mythic Entertainment’s Dark Age of Camelot. I fell in love with content and digital media at Mythic, and since then have worked in the digital arena creating online presentations and webinars, developing social media campaigns, and writing articles for print and digital media around career development and educational areas. I currently work as an internal communication professional. I write fiction as a hobby and also spend a fair amount of time blogging at La La Land about my life on the Front Range in Colorado, writing, and whatever happens to pass through my thoughts on a given day.
